The RCI-IIBEC Foundation is proud to support the next generation of professionals in the building enclosure industry through our comprehensive scholarship programs. With a commitment to advancing education and fostering new talent, we have established two significant scholarships aimed at college, university, and trade school students across the US and Canada.
Since 2012, the Foundation has supported sending 352 college students to the IIBEC Annual International Convention and Trade Show as well as the Building Enclosure Symposium. This scholarship provides a travel stipend, hotel, meal stipend, convention registration and a complimentary one-year membership to IIBEC. Average cost is $2,305 per student. This fund previously was called the Student Convention Fund but was renamed in 2021 to honor Joe Hale and allow the Foundation to send students to other IIBEC educational programs.
